A calmer route through a difficult subject.

Fitness information is crowded with fear, fads and overconfident advice. The site needed a voice and structure that could make evidence readable without making health claims that the source material could not support.

The rebuild created four stable routes: fat loss and nutrition, strength training, training with the menstrual cycle and gym confidence. That gives every new guide a clear home and gives readers an obvious next step.

Static rebuild

The site moved away from a slow WordPress setup to a lighter, easier-to-maintain static build.

Four subject pillars

The archive and future publishing programme now sit inside a clear, visible information hierarchy.

Editorial trust

Source-led language, careful headings and restrained calls to action protect the tone of the publication.

How the build was shaped

The first stage was recovery and classification: keep the useful material, remove confusion and decide which topics the site could cover responsibly. Typography and layout were then built around long-form reading rather than decorative landing-page patterns.

Search context: United Kingdom

The content is written for women across the UK. NHS references, British terminology and UK-specific questions provide the national context, without inventing a local business location.
