We run a geo-grid scan: 49 points in a 7 by 7 grid across an agreed radius around your base, each one checking where you appear in Google Maps for your agreed search. Top 3 means your average position across the grid is 3 or better. You get the before and after scans.
Your first three payments stand. If your average position is not 3 or better by day 90, billing pauses and we keep working at no charge until it is. Billing restarts once the target is reached.

No. The Maps Pack is £300 every four weeks, or £350 with a website, with nothing to pay on day one. The free Maps check comes before any agreement.
It helps, because Google checks that your website agrees with your profile. If you do not have one, the £350 plan includes a website built and looked after for you.
A suspension, or a major change to how Google Maps works, pauses the 90 day clock. We help you appeal through Google's process and the clock carries on once the profile is live again.

No. The guarantee is for Google Maps, the box of three businesses shown with the map. Normal search rankings take longer and are not guaranteed, although a stronger profile and website support them too.
